However, you know the rest…

But one thing is clear that I will not compromise with difficulties of life in any condition.

Therefore, please wait for the next posts, may be soon which depends on….

Be evergreen!

The triangle of enemies of Afghanistan

People need real and fundamental reform in this country otherwise this broken ship is going to sink!

Terrorism, corruption and drug productions are the three main issues of Afghanistan and are mostly related to the enemies of Afghanistan but these enemies are not clearly defined yet by the government that who exactly they are while many people know them but may not dare to name or index them because of the power these enemies still have.

These three main issues give birth to other subsequences such as security instability, insufficiency of the government, failure of international assistances, economical breakdown, beginning of poverty and hunger, and increase the number of crimes in the society, human rights violations and social injustice, inequality and lead the country towards a more complicated crisis.

This way all the funds and international assistances are wasted or misused the vice versa than the main purpose they were brought up in.
From this crisis only a few specific people benefit for political, destructive or terrorist purposes and they are the enemies of Afghanistan, while a mass number of people suffer behind for the crisis brought by these enemies. Some of these enemies are apparent and although some of them are hidden but there are many evidences for their enmity with the country and the nation.

To know how to get out of this crisis, it is very important to identify the group of people benefiting from such crisis against the interest of people and are the real enemies of the people in this country.

The first group: The apparent enemy

The Taliban, who are in direct fight against the Afghan government and often kill civilians too in their suicide or rocket shooting attacks, are the first apparent enemies of the Afghan government. They do cultivate, traffic and deal the drugs in order to run their Madrasas, support their forces logistically or hire people for their terrorist purposes.

Sometimes they buy the government officials in certain province with their drug traffic income to keep them silent and continue on their operations without a disturb or interference by the government, or pay bribe to the security sectors in order to influence them; as they did in the latest attack on day of parade of 27 April, like attack on Serena the five star Hotel of Kabul (date?) or to escape from jails and prisons as some famous commanders of them (Mullah Sorkh Naqibullah) escaped from Polecharkhi Jail in January 2008 by paying bribe to the senior police and security officials.

Most of the young people volunteering for suicide attacks are the poor people who refer to Madrasas in order to get paid some amount of money like religious fellowship on monthly basis in addition to be trained Islamic lessons but are instead provided with terrorist lessons and trainings, so the Taliban need funds and budget to run all these programs although they are paid by specific Saudi Arabian charity organizations and specific political and religious parties of Pakistan.

Although there are some other contributions too such as, religious charities of the mosques and Madrasas, alms of the people, contributions of the rich extremist people etc for the logistical supports of functioning their operations.

In this case, the need to fund makes the Taliban to continue drug cultivation, trafficking and dealing and this is possible when the government does not reach in their areas and they can do it by paying the senior officials some small percentage of their drug income to quiet them down. On the other hand, the police officials are also in need to live, to obtain their positions and for that purpose they need money and the only thing they are able to do is to make deals with the Taliban because the government does not pay them enough amount of money as salary.

Among this group of enemies there is need of mentioning the names of Karzai’s family members and his relatives and friends too;

Ahmad Wali Karzai, Hamid Karzai’s brother, Assadullah Khaled governor of Kandahar, Arif Noorzai the first deputy of the lower house of the parliament, Gul Agha Sherzai the former governor of Kandahar and current governor of Nangarhar and Assadullah Wafa the former governor of Helmand are the well known kings of heroin and drugs in Afghanistan who have been trying to influence and convince Karzai to approach the Taliban for negotiations. And while Karzai himself knows about them but why still keeps quiet, now body knows.
May be he also benefits a percentage of income through this business for the frauds and lobbying of the next elections through his lately established political party, the Republican copied from the USA?! Otherwise he would already stop the drug business in the country.

The second group: The wealth looters and blood suckers of the civil war of early 1990s

The second group of enemies of Afghanistan is the former Jihadis who are known as the Warlords and are still on power and occupying many positions including some key positions in the governmental offices in the capital and in the provinces, for instance both of vice president seats belong to two former Warlords.

Mainly known as the Northern Aliens in the recent Afghan political terminologies these people were first needed as a supportive militia force for Karzai in order to collapse down the Taliban Regime and win the anti terror battle against them lead by the USA in late 2001, but they are still sticking to the positions given to them by Karzai and are trying to expand their influences in different governmental departments, especially Ministry of Interior, Defense and Department of National Security (intelligence services). The worst thing about them is; they are mostly the ethnic, tribal or religious leaders and still have great influences in the rural areas where the majority of population is illiterate and the life is dealt with, on tribal, ethnic or religious basis. Therefore Karzai rely on them as potential supporters for him and can not talk with them louder.
Some of them are already brought to Kabul and are given symbolic positions while still they have their commanders and armed militias and rule on the people in the provinces where their original birthplaces are.

Although there were two disarmament programs (DDR and DAIAG) in order to disarm the militias of these groups, but none of these two programs have been useful but just waste of money and this process did not take place properly due to some political games as well as some financial corruptions.

One of the reason they could not disarm the Warlords fully, was the unfair and unjust treatment of Karzai with disarmament program. When at the same time Karzai agreed with the implementation of disarmament program in the country he armed the Kochies (the Nomads) for his own personal agenda and political purpose, and these nomads are the Pashtoons and the Warlords are the non-Pashtoons thus for this distinction they were afraid of a dangerous plot by Karzai and thus did not put down their weapons.

A great number of them are in the current parliament as and sometimes can challenge and weaken the government through these positions.

Sometimes they can lobby the bills for their favor, as a clear example, they have passed the National Conciliation Charter last year which exempted them from any legal charge or prosecutions for any human rights violations and war crimes they have committed during the civil war in which thousands of people were killed by them mainly in Kabul. This document is totally in contrast with human rights, justice and equality.

Although the people and many civil society organizations objected to this document but still the Warlords’ power and influences were strong enough to suffocate the voice of people.

How they are funded? The bigger fishes among (the commanders) them have become rich during the civil war of early 1990s when they had governmental ministries and took countless amounts of money out of banks during the chaos of the civil war, the customs or toll way money in the cities where they were ruling, they had also looted a lot of public wealth such as, national museums and have trafficked illegally historical traces out of the country, have received ransoms from the rich and business men and have occupied the land properties and houses of people by gun forces on that period.

Their leaders have had the bank accounts of their political and armed parties financed by the sponsors of the cold war mainly (the USA through Pakistan and Saudi Arabia) which they have then used to make private businesses in countries like UAE, IRAN, UZBEKISTAN, PAKISTAN, INDIA, HONGKONG CHINA.

Currently some of them are controlling some drug producing factories of their own in some provinces and some have influenced inside the ministry of interior and have appointed their former commanders as police commanders of provinces or districts, this way they can do their business of drug very easily with out a pain in neck.

The most famous ones of them are; Rasool Sayaf, Burhanudin Rabani, Gulbudeen Hekmatyar, Karim Khalili, Rashid Dostum, Asif Mohseni, Ismayel Khan and Qasim Fahim who had the main roles in the civilian killings in Kabul in 1992 – 1996 and are still too rich and influential and have their gunmen in certain areas to rule on the people.

In addition to establish their businesses out of Afghanistan, the latest business trick they have began to do is to invest on private television channels through which they can depict a new face of themselves, advertise and expand their influences as well as can have a remarkable income for their maintenance.

One main fact that show they are not loyal to the country and to the nation is, their financial and logistical dependency on different outside supporters on different periods of time for instance, dependent on the USA financial supports through Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and some parts on Iran during and some years after the cold war, and then dependent on Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Iran and even Russia as their second or third bosses when they tend to lose their roles for the support of the west, but they have never been thinking of the people and their interest. This characteristic of them show how they are selfish, baseless among the people and hated by them.

Considering all these, there are still some clappers, who are paid and fed by them, live under their shelter and get their livelihood through the wealth and influences of these Warlords and these clappers who clap for their bosses and dance for their music are not other people than their paid gunmen.

The third group: The cleverest and hidden enemies, the modern thieves

These people are the ones who are never seemed to be dangerous as the warlords or the Taliban because of their appearances and therefore they are the hidden enemies of Afghanistan, but in reality they are as dangerous as the two other groups. And these people are the operators of the NGOs or responsible persons who run the NGOs in Afghanistan.

They are dangerous because they are businessmen in cloth of servants of the nation and no one asks them for accountability of how they are spending the money they receive form different countries, different supporters and donors and contributors for the Afghans, for poor women, for children and for the victims of war but do not work enough for it.

They have created NGOism in Afghanistan a new way, through which they can steal the money they get by the name of the Afghan people and unfortunately there are not control and oversight on their operations by the parliament or other branches of the government.

Form one side the government of Afghanistan has been weak to build its capacity for offering acceptable standard development plans to receive and spend funds for those plans, therefore the foreign countries have only relied on the private sectors that are the NGOs or Non Governmental Organizations most of which are corrupted.

Therefore from billions of assistances of the international community that have come to Afghanistan to rebuilt this country, has entered in the country through the NGO channels, and major part are embezzled, stolen and or saved in the banks by the NGOs managers.

While they are making houses for themselves, buying latest model cars, buying land properties for themselves by these foreign aid and assistance funds, many of the poor deserving people who these funds are sent for are deprived of pennies of such funds in any arenas of their lives.

One of the reasons that created a distance in between the people and the government was the lack of enough works done by the government and embezzlement of a lot of money by the governmental officials and the NGOs managers.

Now most of the people know their enemies but there are no ears to hear and listen to their voices.

It is the time for the International Community to listen to people of Afghanistan before this country once again moves towards another disaster which is not so far.

Who should the Afghan people trust in their government?

Enemies within the clothes of the nation’s servants

There is a good saying in Dari (Persian); “when things get fetid, they are put in the salt but when salt is fetid, where would it be put?”

Lately it is heard that the current parliament, in addition to be a house of the Warlords, drug traffickers, the Taliban adherents and other black figures of the past, it is very baldy involved in the modern corruptions such as bribery, embezzlements and playing of some political- economical games that is against the interest of the people who they claim to represent.

Previously the corruption has been rooting and developing rapidly in the systems of two executive and judicial branches of the government of Afghanistan and it seems to destroy the whole system and waste all efforts and what so ever has been done during the past six years, although not enough good things had happened so far.

This is a dangerous enemy which is not apparent but enters into vein of the government machinery like water under chaff and eats it out from inside like cancer.

In the past few years, there were many complaints by people about existence of corruption in executive and judicial branches of the current government which to some extend had direct and indirect effects first on social security and then on the long term overall security of the country.

The clear examples are; in the executive, the police and army instead of applying the law to bring the peace, social justice and order in the country, they give hands to enemies and violate the law, by taking bribes, dealing with the drug traffickers and even selling some military bases to the Taliban to get money, therefore it seems so far away until a real security stabilization comes to the country unless these corruptions stop or controlled.

The examples of corruption in the judicial branch is the bribery for closing the cases of the terrorists and clearing path for their release, bribery from the Warlords to judge on their cases based for their favor and prosecution of the journalists and free media activists without clear and legal reasons but by the order of a specific group of people; president and his conservative working team. They also have their own shares of drugs and heroin when discovered or captured by the police before they are burnt symbolic and this is a mutual deal with the executive branch which weaken both branches at the same time, while there are many more examples.

Sayaf the most dangerous warlord in Afghanistan who has killed thousands of innocents

So, when people lost their hopes and trusts on these two branches of the government, they were hoping that the parliament which will represent them, would be the only branch to oversight, control and then help to stop these corruptions, but the result of the elections were something inverse than what most of the people were expecting.
The new established parliament was not a place to represent them fully since many negative figures of the past could enter in it by the help of money, tribal or ethnic influences, religious influences, and fraud and gun power.
In spite of presence of all negative figures of the past regimes in the current parliament, at least the people did not expect corruption in this new build institution which is entitled to be the house of people and an overseeing body of the government.

Is Chairman of the Immunity Commission of the Parliament involved in corruption?

Why the names of corrupted and murderer MPs are not exposed for media and public?

Saturday April 19
KabulPress.Org Dari

Gul Pacha Majeedi the Chairman of Commission for Immunity and Privileges of the MPs in Wolusi Jirga (the lower house) has said to media several times that he has received letters regarding corruption and crimes of some of MPs such as; embezzlement and murderers but they avoid going to Attorney General Office to respond for these accusations.

The question rises here is why Mr. Majeedi does not expose the names of those MPs who have hands in crimes such as; financial corruption, murders, lootings of the people’s properties?

If it continues the same way, people will soon suspect Mr. Majeedi if he himself has some cases and wants to use a propaganda game as a pressure lever, so he himself would be safe?!

The people want to know who these murderers, looters and killers are. They want to know the names of these people who are committing crimes and looting their properties and still occupying the seats of parliament to represent them there.

The silence of Gul Pacha Majeedi and even Attorney General himself, whose corruption reports were exposed lately by the media is neither good for them nor good for the people of Afghanistan.

It has to be answered now which one more important, the immunity of only a few MPs or the immunity of all the people in the society ?

According to the law, hiding a crime itself is another crime and in the present situation silence and not exposing the names of these looters and killers can help the looting and killing process continue in the country.

When previously the former minister of interior Ali Ahmad Jalai kept silent exposing the names of the governmental high officials who had hand in drug cultivation and trafficking caused the increase of drug cultivation and trafficking in the country.

Blogger’s note: This research article is written in Dari Language by Basir Begzad a freelance writer- journalist in Afghanistan and was first published in NOMA website (Civil Movement of Afghanistan) and then it has been translated for this blog, by the permission of its writer.

This article is the result of Mr. Bekzad’s research about the roots of contemporary fundamentalism in the region and in Afghanistan. Reading this episodic research article you will know enough about how the ominous phenomena of the contemporary Islamic extremism and fundamentalism first was established in the Indian sub-continental areas that included today’s Bangladesh and Pakistan, and then in the late years entered into Afghanistan and how rooted the contemporary terrorism out of it which endangers and challenges the security of the whole world today.

In addition to having read the reports, available notes and interviews with the survived or captured suicide- bombers, we have been collecting such articles and news from different resources as a part of research for the enrichment of the screenplay “The Keys to Paradise” that is written by Amin Wahidi.

This article may help NATO and the international community to know more about the roots and background of the black phenomena of terrorism and how to coup with it in their military campaigns and political decisions in Afghanistan.

Although lately it is heard that the armed extremist militia in the Free Tribal Areas of the North West Frontiers province of Pakistan have announced cease fire with the government and since then the number of attacks have been increased in Afghanistan which is assumed to be a change of plan and concentration of the terrorists more in Afghanistan.

But it is believed by most of the Afghan intellectuals and politicians that the terrorism should be eradicated from its roots from the areas where it has risen from, so the anti terror campaign should not be confined within the Afghan borders but also much further out of borders of Afghanistan.

Writer’s note: The political chaos in Pakistan has its direct effects on the situation in Afghanistan. Or from the other aspect, we can still say that “the social and political chaos in Pakistan first has its negative effects on the foreign policy of this country, because the chaos and disorders of few decades in this country have kept the government busy in its internal issues and affairs. This issue prevents Pakistan to allocate budgets and resources on foreign issues and do the follow ups (*translators note: if Pakistan was kept busy within its internal issues, there may not have been time and resources to interfere in Afghanistan issues). In the second phase these disorders (political and security) have effects on the fragile situation of Afghanistan.

The acme of this influx/ has been accompanied by the formation of extremist and Islamic fundamentalist movements in Pakistan that turns back to the eighteenth century in this country.

After becoming an independent state and separation from India, Pakistan has always been the center of crisis in the region and a good place for formation of ideological movements of extremist Islamists. In this case, the accurate recognition of the ideological Islamist movements in Pakistan and how they are formed and how they have promoted their influences in Afghanistan, there is need of deep strategic studies.

In this writing the ideological infrastructures of the extremist Islamic movements in the Indian sub-continent, especially in Pakistan are being reviewed and analyzed.

There are three main and influential movements that have been nourishing the thoughts of Islamic ideology in Pakistan that have root back in the Islamic Ideology that existed in the colonized India ( prior to breaking up into three parts; Pakistan, India and Bangladesh).

The first movement:
This movement is rooted from the fundamentalist ideologies of Shah Wali Dehlavi (1703- 1762). Shah Wali movement was formed first for the brightening the mind of people with religious thoughts and to fight against the superstitions which were growing rapidly in the lives of Indian Muslims that time. After Dehlavi, his son Shah Abdul Aziz succeeded and then his grandson Shah Ishmael (1781- 1831) changed it into a social -political movement in India. This movement stood against the British colonization of India and took a political position that gained a lot of adherents for it.

As a result of its influence, one of the main scholars of Shah Wali School, a person called “Mohammad Qasim Nanaa Tavi” established a madrasa called Dewbandi in Uttar Pradesh state of India in 1867 that is very famous today.

Soon this religious school was changed into a completely ideological school and the scholars who studied there today were and are called “Dewbandia” that is a title of pride and honor for those who are entitled “Dewbandia”.

The founders of this school were the extremist Hanafi sect followers whose studies were based on beliefs and thoughts of Asharia.

This religious school in its influence climax in political arenas of India founded the Jamiatul Ulama e Hind or the Movement of Jamiatul Ulama in India in the year 1919 and became a gathering point of its followers in the world. After separation of Pakistan from India, the branch “Jamaat Islami” of this movement under leadership of Maulana Bashir Ahmad Usmani started its activities in Pakistan and soon became one of the important political movements in this country.

Maulana Fazlu Rahman

Currently this party “Jamaat e Ulama e Pakistan “has been divided into two parts; majority and minority and Maulana Fazl u Rahman leads the major part and the minor part is lead by Mulana Sami ul Haq.

Maulana Sami ul Haq

While both leaders are Pashtoon they are strongly in favor of Pashtoons sovereignty in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Religiously they believe in SALFA Scholars and are against IJTEHAD and Modernism in religion.

And politically these two Dewbandi Pashtoon leaders are in favor of an Islamic Government like the Taliban’s and have very strong religious laws for the government to control the people.

The fundamentalist groups have an extra ordinary influence on North West Frontier Province of Pakistan especially the Free Tribal Areas.

The Second Movement:
The second ideological movement is the movement of Maulana Abu Aala Maudoodi(1903- 1979). The different scholars have different thoughts about this movement. Some have considered it as the extremist Islamic movements in Pakistan and name it as Ekhwani branch of Pakistan. Some think it is influenced by the thoughts of Shah Wali Dehlawi of the eighteenth century that were quite different from “Jamaat e Ulama e Pakistan”.

Conversely than Maulana Fazl u Rahman and Sami ul Haq, Maulana Maudoodi believed in a multi party political system and free elections and was in favor of a modern governmental system.

Maulana Maudoodi founded JAMAAT E ISLAMI in 1941 which is the biggest religious- political Party in Pakistan and presently Qazi Hussain Ahmad leads it.

Qazi Hussain Ahmad

Qazi Hussain Ahmad who believes in Islamic unity, like Maulana Fazl u Rahman and Sami ul Haq, has supported the Afghan Jihadi leaders in Peshawar during the Jihad time“holy war” of the cold war against the Soviet Union.

He had closer relationship with Hezb e Islami “Islamic Party” lead by Hekmatyar and Jamiat e Islami lead by Burhanudin Rabani.

These two famous Afghan Jihadi leaders supported the Afghan Taliban when they had newly appeared as a movement and it is said that they did this support under the pressure of Qazi Hussain Ahmad and then when later Burhanudin Rabani fought against the Taliban Qazi Hussain Ahmad has broken his relationship with him while Hekmatyar has still kept his relationship with Qazi Hussain Ahmad.

The third movement: The third movement refers to thoughts of “Sir Sayed Ahmad Khan” 1817 – 1898. He has appeared with liberal thoughts. This religious leader believed that the religious relations should be direct to the Holy Quran and no other go- between were needed (against two other movements). He questioned the role of SONNAT and EJMA* in the religious references.
He was affected by the European intellectuality analytic of the nineteenth century and therefore relied on the scientific interpretation of the Holy Quran which caused the anger of the other movements. The university educated Muslims and to some extend Muslim League Party are the adherent of this movement.

These three movements include the majority Muslims of Pakistan. These movements have a lot of pros and adherents among different categories of the people; the religious scholars, the university students and the labor group, therefore they affected the major political games of the country and the government of Pakistan has often been affected by these movements.

In spite of this overall category in university level, religious institutions and labor group, we can still categorize it in another way that includes the religious scholars and religious Madrasas.

Most of the religious schools and scholars in Pakistan are divided into two major groups according to their religious lessons and ways; The Dewbandi and the Brelwi group.
These two major groups represent two kinds of religious exegesis (within the frame of Hanaffi sect) which has their own political parties.

The DEWBANDIS ideologically are identical to WAHABIS that has sensitivity against the other sects of Islam. This group has an extreme and specific interpretation of Theism and Heathenism but the BRELWIS have more flexibility and never had a draconian interpretation and are not sensitive with the other sects of Islam and are mostly engaged with mysticism.

The founder of Brelwi School was Ahmad Reza Khan Brelwi 1856- 1921. This school was found against the ideological school of Mohammad ben Abdul Wahab and against the religious thoughts of Shah Wali Alla and the Dewbandi scholars. The political representative of this religious school in Pakistan is the group of Jamiate Ulama e Pakistan lead by Maulana Shah Amad Noorani and Abdul Satar Naizi.

The Dewbandi School in Pakistan is the representative of the Official religion in this country and has majority number of the Suni Muslims and the number of its followers is increasing day by day.

Especially during the last two decades because of improvement of extremism in the region and investment of Arab countries such as Saudi Arabia and support of General Ziaulhaq government, it has been accelerated tremendously and many groups were covered under the name of Dewbandi Regiment.

The main dependent groups of this religious school are; JAMIAT e ULAMA e ISLAM, SEPAH E SAHABA and AHL e HADES. These three groups belong the Dewbandi Religious School and follow the same slogans and mottos and have the same foreign supporters. Out of these three groups, JAMAIAT E ULAMA E ISLAM lead by Maulana Fazl u Rahman and Maulana Sami ul Haq has been appeared as an influential political party in the politics of Pakistan while SEPAH E SAHABA AND AHL E HADES are engaged in cultural and military activities.

After this categorizing and division, we discuss the relationships of these ideological movements with some of the Islamist movements in Afghanistan;
The Taliban movement has a close relationship with Dewbandi Religious School of Pakistan and it is said that MAULANA FAZ U RAHMAN and MAULANA SAMI UL HAQ have been the main founders of the Taliban and since then have been supporting them with logistical resources and human forces, because they and the Taliban belong to the same ethnic and have the same language of have desire of the same kind of government.

MAULANA FAZ U RHMAN AND SAMI UL HAQ are Pashtoon and have extraordinary influence in Baloochistan and NWFP provinces of Pakistan, on the other hand the religious students of Afghanistan have close relationship with DEWBANDI SCHOOL and are respected by the religious scholars of this country.

The group AHL E HADES after rapid growth of JAMIAT E ULAMA has established many madrasas in NWFP and as it is seen they have even founded madrasas in ATRAK, AKORA and DAR E KONAR within Afghanistan territory.

The religious students of southern and eastern regions of Afghanistan are often in contact with madrasas of NWFP while the religious students of south and south west of Afghanistan travel to Baloochistan Pakistan in order to learn religion lessons therefore the influence of religious schools in Pakistan has a remarkable role on the spreading and transforming their ideological thoughts to Afghan extremists and the religious schools or madrasas are considered to be holy places by these religious students.

They influenced and affected Afghanistan when the JIHAD (the holy war) period began, and it increased when many religious scholars were sent to Afghanistan to lead the JIHAD and the war.

Although the streaks of Dewbandi School ideology was entered in Afghanistan thereafter, but because it was unaccustomed with the official religion of Afghanistan it did not succeed to infiltrate among the Afghan Muslims.
Oliver, Rowa*, the western researcher on Afghanistan issues writes; “after break-up of India in 1947 most of the Afghan religious students went to the borders who were mostly Pashtoons, Nooristanis and Badakhshanis. Some of them were attracted by the ideology of “AHL E HADIS SCHOOL” and when returned to Afghanistan stood to fight against TASAOUF (mystic) and HANAFI SECT for instance they destroyed the local pilgrimages and considered them as the symbols of heathen.

In contrast, the followers of HANAFI SECT entitled them WAHABIS while they themselves considered them as SALFAS.”

Although the relationship in between the religious scholars of Pakistan and Afghanistan especially those who were influenced by DEWBANDI SCHOOL was made during the history of establishment of this religious school but it was accelerated during the JIHAD the holy war period in Afghanistan.
This relation was so closed then so that the AFGHAN JIHADI PARTIES in Peshawar got advantages of the supports of DEWBANDI SCHOOL. Oliver Rowa*, writes, “Most of the advantages were received by HEZB E ISLAMI (The Islamic Party) lead by Gulbudin Hekmatyar and JAMIAT E ISLAMI (The Islamic Population Party) lead by Burhanudin Rabani and they were directly supported by Maulana Fazlul Rahman and Sami ul Haq in the religious and political rings of Pakistan.

Gulbudin Hekmatyar and Qazi Hussain Ahmad – Ahmad Shah Masoud and Qazi Hussain Ahmad

After the victory of Mujahedeen and collapse of former Pro- Russian Government in Afghanistan, the Afghan parties supported by DEWBANDI SCHOOL have had a lot of contradictions and problems with each other and this made their god father Maulana Fazlul Rahman very angry.

Especially the bloody civil war in between Jamiat e Islami of Burhanudin Rabani and Hezbe Islami of Hekmatyar in Kabul broke their relationships and increased the distance in between them and Jamiat e Ulama e Pakistan and even with the government of Pakistan.

And this way, the followers of DEWBANDI RELIGIOUS SCHOOL concentrated on thoughts of another more fundamentalist movement in Afghanistan by the enormous financial support of Arab countries, especially Saudi Arabia.

JAMIAT e ULAMA and AHL e HADIS made some long term plots for the Afghan youth who lived in refugee camps by the strong support of the government of Pakistan especially the direct support of ISI the main Intelligence Service of Pakistan.

The AHL e HADIS group in addition to extend its religious educational programs within Pakistan territory has started programs in the eastern provinces of Afghanistan by the support of Saudi Arabian Charity Organizations.

The adherents of this group established local Emirates following the WAHABIAT SCHOOL in Konar, Badakhshan and in northern part of Nooristan province.
Maulavi Badakhshi was one of the activists of this group who had studied in Acora of NWFP of Pakistan.

After returning to his area, he persuaded and invited his tribe for WAHABIAT SCHOOL. One of his students, Maulavi Shariqi Badakhshi established his Emirate in Badakhshan.
At he same time, Maulavi Jamilurahman who had studied in SALSAIN MADRASA of Peshawar established his Emirate in Daraye Pech of Konar Province.

These local emirates, in addition to cultural and advertisement activities were involved in political and military activities too but the political competitions of these two local AHL e HADIS leaders with the Mujahedin commanders did not let them much time and both were killed by Mujahedin because of advertising WAHABIAT SCHOOL in the area.

Jalaluddin Haqani another fudnamentalist and warlord in north Pakistan

The murder of these two fundamentalist leaders by Mujahedin supported by Fazlul Rahman, in Badakhshan and Kunar provinces was very hot news among the Pakistani religious movements and Maulana Fazlul Rahman the leader of JAMIAT e ULAMA took the advantage of this critic time and started to hunt the Afghan Refugee youth in Balochistan Province.

Maulana Fazlur Rahman one of the Godfathers of the Taliban

He had a strong influence on the government of time in Pakistan (Benazeer Butho’s government) so founded the underlying foundation of the Taliban movement in Pakistan by a vast support of Pakistan government of the time.

Who says Pakistan is not involved in terrorist training centers?!

The World should know how the innocent children are being mislead in the childhood through these terrorist madrasas!
